About
Tykadla Club is a community platform created for pregnant women and mothers with children aged 0–3 years. Our mission is to support and educate women during motherhood and early parenthood. Our program includes meetings focused on sharing experiences, creative workshops, expert lectures, and relaxation exercises. We want to create a safe and inspiring place where you can find new friendships and understanding.
Communication and registration
- All communication takes place in our Whatsapp community.
- Thanks to a UNICEF project, everything is free!
- ☝ To participate in the meetings, registration of both the woman and the child is required. You can register online or on-site. You also need to fill out and sign the attendance sheet.
Program and organization
- We publish the detailed program of individual meetings before the start of each month.
- Registration for the meetings takes place every Sunday at 3:00 PM in relevant groups in our Whatsapp community. See the Sign-up rules.
- The meeting formats include sharing circles, lectures and discussions with experts, creative workshops, yoga, and coworking (read more on Instagram).
- Capacity varies depending on the type of meeting (on average, 8–15 mothers + their children).
- Our meetings are held regularly – sharing circles, workshops, and lectures every Tuesday from 9:00 to 11:00, coworking every Wednesday from 9:00 to 11:00, and yoga every Thursday from 9:00 to 10:00.
- We are on-site about half an hour before the start, so you can arrive earlier to prepare or have a chat.
- ☝ Please be punctual – for yoga, to maintain the harmony and flow of the practice, and especially for coworking, to ensure you don’t take away time from yourself or other moms' work.
- You are welcome to leave at any time based on your needs and your child's needs – we aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable and free.
Facilities
- For children, we have play mats, boxes full of toys, and rocking horses.
- We have a changing table in the bathrooms, which also includes a potty for older children. There is also a nursing chair and a high chair in the club. A microwave is available on another floor.
- Strollers and shoes are left in the hallway.
⭐ Coworking & Reading Club ⭐
- Starting from May 15, 2024, we invite you to use our clubhouse every Wednesday from 9 AM to 11 AM for any task that requires focus, or just for reading a book. Tykadla Coworking operates on the principle of mutual support, where women help each other and take turns babysitting so that everyone can have a moment to themselves.
- Coworking-cobabysitting system is based on pairs – one mom works while the other takes care of the children. The rotation is arranged within the pair, so each person gets approximately an hour to focus on their tasks.
- This offering aims to meet the needs of mothers who want to pursue their professional and personal goals while keeping their child within sight!

Why Tykadla?
The name of our club, Tykadla, is a combination of our names: Kateřina + Adla + You (Ty). So Tykadla consists of Kateřina, Adla, and especially you!
Tykadla is also a metaphor—imaginary feelers that we, as mothers, possess, allowing us to tune into our children, other mothers and their children, and the world around us. They make us more empathetic, tolerant, attentive, and perceptive. In English, "tykadla" translates to “antennae” or “feelers”—sensing antennae!
Sharing circles are essential in our club. Thanks to our feelers, we listen to each other, perceive one another, support, and inspire each other.
